Port Agent

No matter which German port you are going to call, when and with which type of vessel – you can find SARTORI & BERGER simply everywhere! 24 hours on 365 days a year our staff stands ready to attend your call and make any arrangements required. Our staff also attends your ship at private terminals and has gained permission to enter restricted areas, e.g. the crude oil and gas installations of various companies.

Any services which might be required – e.g. mooring, tugboats or surveys – can be arranged by SARTORI & BERGER.

In addition to the assigned duties as a port agent SARTORI & BERGER can provide valuable services through its in-house stevedoring. No matter if bulk or general cargo is concerned we can ensure a rapid and safe turnaround either with our own personnel and equipment or through qualified partners. Furthermore, we attend newbuildings and vessels under repair/maintenance at all German shipyards. Our personnel is qualified and authorised to enter the yards and be at your service there. Thus a maximum efficiency of your call is guaranteed.
